My name's Daisuke, the Tulpar's most awesome intern and I'm open for any kinds of asks. Hit me with what you got!!!!

OOC: Heya there, it's the mod. Call me Kane (They/Them). I made this blog for a plethora of reasons, two of them being that I absolutely love Daisuke, and that I keep seeing other rp blogs being cool and stuff and I wanted to join in on the fun.

Basic Rules:

→ No racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. (This is a given, but I'd still like to state it)

→ No sexual/inappropriate asks or rps. (romance/platonic and jokingly flirting is okay)

→ Be respectful.

💘 HEART W/ ARROW - what traits do they look for in a relationship? do they believe in love at first sight?

Alistair/Alice Delacroix (THE RIVAL) - They definitely want to be with someone who is as obsessed with them as they will be in return. Someone who is unconditionally loyal with a twisted sense of humor. And they definitely believe in love at first sight!

Samuel/Samantha "Sam" Kaminski (THE BOSS) - An intellectual and a free spirit (but not too frivolous) would be ideal for them. And I think they're more fascinated with the idea of love at first sight rather than actually believing in it

Hendrik/Helena Rietveld (THE BODYGUARD) - They would be attracted to someone who is responsible and patient, but also passionately optimistic to contrast their pragmatic nature. They wouldn't admit this to anyone, but in their eyes, love at first sight feels like an unattainable dream

Jesse Lê (THE FRIEND DETECTIVE) - Someone who's very empathic, compassionate with everyone, and has a strong sense of justice. And despite their past, they definitely never lost faith in experiencing love at first sight!

it wasn't even meant to have a part 2, much less a part 3. it was just supposed to be a one part angst piece that spiralled into 3 parts with a happy ending. I refuse to let it become a mini series.

actually if this is a safe space for me to be completely honest, the first part was super fun for me to write. there was so much potential. the other two kinda took the joy out of writing for me which is why they took so long.

it sucks because I really enjoyed the first part and it was the first thing I'd ever written that I was truly proud of. now I actually kinda resent wcbf a little bit (esp the last two parts) and thinking about it drains me.

I don't blame anyone for it, this was honestly just a learning curve for me. I'm never doing part 2's or more again unless it's planned from the start <3

i'm trying not to tear up. my heart is embarrassingly soft these days. i knew before that revolution has never come without great hardships. though of course, knowing is different from doing some days, the moments between sleep are only stitched together by lengths of crying. other days, i wander incessantly in an attempt to escape both my self and my dreams but it is by the love of my friends and the kindness of people like you that carries me through. it is so easy to drown in this world, i need to hold on to what little i can kindness doesn't have to hurt, i've only been convinced it does. i'm trying to learn that love can save me, if i let it. lately, i feel like it is all that i really have i wonder if anyone will ever know how much it means to me. i wonder if you'll think me odd if you do. but another thing i am trying to learn: there is nothing shameful in trying to live so from one friendly stranger to another, i send my love to you too. i hope it reaches you ! sincerely, thank you

🍄 Are there any fandoms you've never written for but want to try?

i NEED to fix atonement. i don't even know if a fandom exists for that movie but it broke me and i'd fix it if i had the skills. realistically though i think i could write a pretty decent spencer reid fic :) and if arcane breaks me like it's broken everyone else i'd love to write for it!!

🥕 What's one area of your writing that you think needs the most amount of improvement?

OOOO i love this question bc i think about it all the time 😭 ruling out scenery, length, and characterization, i think what i need to work on most is improving my plot development. i have a tendency to get caught up in creating plots that i don't end up writing and i hate it bc I WANT TO!! i write a lot of simplistic (imo) plot that isn't as captivating as i'd like.

🫘 Spill the beans. What's a new project you're doing this year?

oh claudia you know this one. it's something to do with the sea :) i watched legends of the fall and i got inspired BEYOND BELIEF bc it fit perfectly with a wip i had beforehand!! it's a longer fic than my usual though so it might take a while before i post anything </3

Cooking several MCs as we speak... For now I have a clearer image of my A-romancer MC— a total sweetheart, that one, who smiles and laughs freely even under the pressure of fame. A causes her to have heart palpitations, though. If they dare to flirt with her she'll become horribly flustered. Pretends they don't affect her at all (and fails miserably).
